- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in yogurt or sour cream to enhance moisture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
This recipe works best with very ripe bananas that have plenty of brown spots on the skin. They add natural sweetness and moisture, making the bread richer. You can add chocolate chips, walnuts, or dried fruits for variation.
